睿住天元與XAA修建事件所结合申報的作品“ 和泰中間 ” 荣获「2022 德國標記性設計奖」——Iconic立异修建奖。
德國殿堂级声誉大奖ICONIC AWARDS（標記性設計奖）由德國品牌設計委员會German Design Council 于1953年開辦，是德國官方位阶最高現金板,、竞争最剧烈的世界顶级設計奖項。奖項共設置修建、室內、產物、转達及觀點五大参赛種别，以涵盖全修建設計范畴的包涵性及對交互性的器重而著称。奖項担當了德式严谨基因，表扬具备前瞻性、立异性和富有远見高見的優异作品。

生齒老龄化是21世纪的重大社會問题。當前我國生齒老龄化趋向渐渐加重，老龄群體成了社會的弱势人群。本設計旨在给本地老年人供给一個恬静的大師庭糊口情况，并予以人道化照顾护士辦事，使老年人的糊口質量获得提高。
Aging population is a major social problem in the 21st century. At present, the aging trend of Chinese population is gradually intensified, and the aged group has become a vulnerable group in the society. In order to provide a comfortable family environment for the local elderly, and give them humanized nursing services, so that the quality of life of the elderly could be improved.
和泰中間位于中國廣东省佛山市顺德區北滘镇，邻接两大岭南特點公園，是一所社區交融型文娱病愈性養老综合體，缔造性地創始了一種新型養老模式。
Located in Beijiao Town, Shunde District, Foshan City, Guangdong Province, China, adjacent to two lingnan characteristic parks，Hetai Center is a co妹妹unity integration entertainment rehabilitation pension complex, creating a new pension model.
全區贯串人道化設計和無停滞設計，引入在地艺術與文化影象符号，以病愈理念與療愈園林的連系辅助老年人從新拥抱复活活。
Humanized design and barrier-free design are integrated throughout the district, and local art and cultural memory symbols are introduced to assist the elderly to embrace a new life with the combination of rehabilitation concept and healing garden.
在住區設計中，設計计劃在自理型住區别出一部門房間作為摄生旅店，供给短時間養老體驗。照顾护士型住區将持久照顾护士需求的父老按失能和失智放置在分歧楼层的照顾护士组團，失智楼层的居室內没有開敞阳台。别的，和泰安養中間针對照顾护士需求介于自理和照顾护士之間的父老還增設了弱能型住區，其平面位置設于自理型住區和照顾护士型住區之間，可在其他住區床位不足時作為機動弥補。
In terms of the design for the self-care living area, some rooms will be used as hotels to provide short-term care for the elderly. The nursing living area has placed the seniors with disability and with dementia on different floors to enable specialized care. In the living room for the elderly with dementia, purposefully it has no open balcony to ensure safety. In addition, Hetai nursing center has also added the living area for those with certain level of ability in caring themselves, and it’s located between the self-care and nursing areas, and the beds can also be used for other living areas flexibly.

By following the writing morphology of the Chinese character “和” in the design process, architects give this composite space an eye-catching and interesting taste. In Lingnnan，it’s quite important for buildings to have abundant lighting and ventilation. With this considered, the architectural shape design has appropriately used single-corridor and double-corridor layouts, and such curved shape has secured more lighting for the building. On each floor, the curved parts vary in the size and volume and different functional clusters have mixed in between, creating the rooftop garden and leisure space for different user groups.

The open garden has become the outdoor space for the elderly to take a walk and enjoy their leisure time.
